Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unassembled and in the same condition in which you received it. It must include all original packaging, protective materials, labels, manuals, accessories and components. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping, collection, handling and packaging costs, unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Furniture and other large items must be returned using a suitable delivery service and packed securely to prevent damage during transportation. We may refuse a return or deduct an amount from the refund if the item is returned damaged, incomplete or without adequate packaging.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

For furniture and large items, please inspect the item before signing the delivery confirmation whenever possible. Any visible damage should be noted with the delivery provider.

When contacting us, please include your order number and clear photographs of:

• The item and the affected area

• The outer packaging

• The shipping label

• Any damage to the packaging

Please keep all packaging and protective materials until the issue has been resolved. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, collection or refund.

Natural Materials

Items made from natural materials, including wood, stone, leather, wool, rattan and other natural fibres, may vary in colour, grain, texture, pattern, tone and surface character.

Knots, markings, veining, small irregularities and differences between individual pieces are natural characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.

Product images are representative only, and the item you receive may differ slightly in appearance. Returns will not be accepted solely because of natural variations in material, colour, grain, texture or pattern.

Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items that have been used, assembled, installed, altered or damaged after delivery

• Items returned without their original packaging, components or accessories

• Customised or personalised items

• Made-to-order or special-order items sourced specifically for the customer

• Discounted or sale items

• Gift cards

Customised, personalised, made-to-order and special-order items are non-refundable unless they are defective, damaged or incorrect.

For hygiene reasons, certain homeware items cannot be returned once used or once their sealed packaging has been opened.

Sale Items

All discounted and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless they are defective, damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To purchase a different item, colour, size or finish, please request a return for the original item and place a separate order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original delivery charges and all return shipping, collection, handling and packaging costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged or incorrect.
